Logitech gets into Tablet Accessories

Logitech just released this. A Bluetooth keyboard / case combination for the iPad. Sources say that it’s:

1) Really great. Comes with a hard-shell case and a Bluetooth wireless keyboard with dedicated iPad shortcuts, like a home button.

2) Really pricey. For a case, that is. Should be between $70 and $100.

White iPhone 4 is Finally On Its Way.

The illustrious white iPhone 4 has been desired by iPhone users all around the world since the launch of the product. 9 months after the launch of the black iPhone 4, Apple has confirmed that they are creating the white model, says many news sources. What does this mean? Well, it means two things:

1) You no longer have to buy a mod kit to get a white iPhone

2) Will there be an iPhone 5? I think not. If Apple’s rolling out a new iPhone model soon, there’s a very low likelihood that there will be a new model late June.

Adobe Creates More iPad Apps

Adobe has created a few iPad apps to complement their desktop apps. No, this isn’t the much anticipated version of Adobe’s Photoshop on the iPad, although that seems to be in the works, these 3 applications go hand-in-hand with the desktop version of the app.

Adobe created three applications called Nav, Eazel, and Lava for the iPad. [They’re not out quite yet.] Can you imagine using Photoshop through a touch interface? Now you can!

Nav shows you all of the different tools that you can select, see open documents, open documents, share work, and customize your toolbar. Nothing really for editing here, but a nice app for viewing your documents.

Lava is a color mixer. Get the right color every time. It’s just like a paint palette.

Eazel is close to a full client for Photoshop. Use most of the features through the touch screen. It has a 5 finger interface to make your photo editing most efficient.

An App Just For Ads. How Very Apple-esk

Yesterday, Apple published their iAd application on the app store. It’s a showcase of what advertisers have made on the iAd program, and an opportunity to view them all. This app is truly for the fanboys and girls. This is the first time I have seen most of these advertisements. Writer at TechCrunch MG Siegler wrote an article yesterday titled: “Apple Finally Figures Out A Way To Get an iAd in my Face. An iAd App.” It’s a great article if you get the chance to read it at

When you open the app, you’re greeted with a carousel of the latest iAds that have been published. You can star cool ones, like the “like” button on Facebook.

Something that has bugged me for a while about Apple’s apps in the store is that they’re not all universal. This app is a great example. Why is there no iPad version of this app? Why is there no native iPad version of the Apple Store App? Slackers.

It’s free for iOS devices, so check it out in the iTunes App Store
